Your case data
Your case may contain an optional name, residence country, language, email, written answers, personalized questions, generated report, sources and dates. Permissions, their exact text and version, and later changes are recorded. Your email is stored as unverified: entering it does not prove you own that inbox. Avoid sensitive information and private details about other people.
Purposes
Your answers are used to generate and display your report. When you unlock it, your email, answers and report are kept to provide access, review service quality and handle your requests. If you request a 30-Day Action Plan, the same case supports preparation and delivery contact. Promotional permission is separate, optional and unchecked. It is not required to read your report. Coach has separate permission.
Retention and deletion
Before unlocking, the report and answers form a temporary draft that expires after 24 hours. On unlocking, the case is kept for six calendar months from that date. Reading it or requesting a 30-Day Action Plan does not extend this period. Expired cases become unavailable and are deleted in the daily cleanup. You can delete your case earlier in Your reports and requests. Downloaded or emailed copies remain under your control and do not disappear when the website case is deleted. Provider technical backups follow their own cycles and are not used to reactivate deleted cases.
Service providers
OpenAI processes your answers for optional review, personalized questions and the report. Separate name and residence fields are not sent to report generation, but personal information inside your answers may be processed. Web research uses a reduced brief instructed to omit personal details. Sites and Cloudflare provide hosting, access and storage. Google Forms separately handles the optional feedback survey. These services may operate outside your country and retain data under their own terms. Your case is not published on the website.
Session and security
The independent version uses a session cookie lasting up to 30 days to link reports to this browser, plus a bot check. Sites uses platform access. Entering the same email does not recover cases belonging to another session. Request limits reduce abuse. Case access is restricted to its authorized session and the Startworthy operator.
Your choices
You can view, download and delete your case, and withdraw communication permission, in Your reports and requests. For access, correction, deletion, objection or withdrawal requests, contact connect@getstartworthy.com with your reference and request. Only information needed to confirm your authority over the case will be requested; a matching email alone is insufficient. The report preserves the answers used to generate it. You can request correction or delete it and generate a new report when your information changes.
Communications and changes
Promotional permission does not start a paid subscription or automatically join Coach. You may withdraw it without losing report access. Promotional messages must include an unsubscribe option. Notice changes appear here with a new version. A new purpose requiring permission will not be introduced through a prechecked box.
